1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use the lol777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a lol777 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one lol777 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. lol777 may use technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts in question will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any Balance held across those Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lol777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify lol777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

lol777 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, following a substantial balance change, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of registered payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lol777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment over-the-counter services), and Cebuana Lhuillier. lol777 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. lol777 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. lol777 accepts only funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified Account identity. lol777 targets a processing time of within 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during operational hours (8AM to 2AM PST daily). Bank transfer timelines depend on individual bank processing schedules. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or if lol777 identifies a compliance review requirement.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your lol777 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. lol777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may request source-of-funds documentation where required by law or internal compliance policy.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through lol777 are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. These terms include, but are not limited to, the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, time limit for completion, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games, poker, or sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized use of payment instruments;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without lawful exemption;
• Providing false identity or age information at any stage of the Account lifecycle;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the Platform's technology infrastructure;
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or display errors to gain an unjust advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lol777 Platform — including but not limited to the lol777 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the property of lol777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of lol777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lol777 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon.

lol777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their lol777 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lol777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

11 Responsible Gaming

lol777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are in place to support this commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

lol777's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process where applicable under Philippine regulation.
